Double Argentine Choripan

Forget the traditional version, we present our most powerful version: we use not one, but two juicy pork chorizos!

We cook them slowly on the grill until they are perfect. When finished, we drizzle them with a touch of our Argentine chimichurri so they absorb all the flavor, and while still hot, we add thin strands of mozzarella that melt, creating an incredible creaminess.

We serve it on a crispy baguette and top it off with the freshness of thin slices of lettuce and fresh tomato.
